Every painting we sell is 100% hand painted with oil on canvas. Since it’s impossible to paint the exact same painting every time, the artwork you receive may vary slightly in color and texture from the sample photo above. This is what makes our hand painted artwork more valuable than prints.

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are unsatisfied with the art work after you receive it, please contact us immediately.

Damaged or misrepresented items are subject to return within 14 days from the delivery date. Please email us at bottegaart@gmail.com, include a photo of the item you received, your name, order id number and reason you are requesting to return or exchange the artwork. One of our customer service agents will respond to you within 24 hours.

Please email us before returning items, as you will need to get a return authorization number from us. We will not refund any shipping costs if the item is sent back to us without a return authorization number. If you’ve had a change of heart on item received, you will be responsible for your return shipping label. We will try our best to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase on bottegaart.com. For an exchange, we will send you actual photos of the new item prior to shipping for your approval.
